Nintendo sues popular Switch Emulator Yuzu

At first glance it looks like Nintendo is suing Yuzu for violating their inscription policy. They seem to have violated an encryption law by allowing product keys. If this sounds familiar almost exactly a year ago popular Nintendo Switch emulator Skyline stop development over night. Skyline was concerned about the popular Lock Pick tool being used to acquire the same product keys to circumvent Nintendos encryption.

It appears Nintendo is suing for monetary damages. Examples given such as Zelda Tears of The Kingdom being downloaded more than a million times and played on Yuzu a week and a half prior to launch.
